Collection of damaged goods

  • We do not routinely inspect for damages to the vehicles that we are uplifting as we are unaware of what damages the vehicle has sustained.
  • If you require our drivers to check your vehicle for additional damage you must request this at the time of arranging the collection and notify us of existing damages.
  • We will on your request, check for additional damages within reason. For example not all scratches and small dents can be inspected due to the time constraints at the collection points.
  • It is your sole responsibility to ascertain, confirm, research and investigate to your satisfaction the item that you have purchased. We will not be held responsible for any damages which were not in the vehicle description. Please refer to the terms and conditions on the relevant site that your vehicle was purchased from (examples below).

Transportation of damaged goods

  • While we will use our reasonable skill and care in delivering your vehicle, you acknowledge and accept that the vehicle is in a damaged state and further damage may inevitably occur during loading, unloading and/or in transit. You accept that we will not be liable for any further damage done to Lots you have purchased during their loading, unloading and/or while they are in transit.
  • When we deliver the vehicle to your chosen destination, we will require a signature to say that the vehicle is being accepted as is, following delivery any claims for refunds or compensation will not be given under any circumstances.

Delivering of vehicles

  • All delivery times are estimated and delivery schedules may change due to adverse weather conditions and/or other circumstances.
  • We will not be liable for any further costs or inconvenience caused as a result of such circumstances, but we will try to notify you using the contact details provided by you at the time of booking.
  • Prices given are for the destination address and post code that you supply when booking. If you wish to change the address you must notify us at least one hour before driver is due to deliver.
  • If the change of destination address is more than ten miles from original address there will be a further delivery charge.
